Jamaica elections 2025: Holness keeps St Andrew West Central as JLP secures third term

Prime Minister Andrew Holness held St Andrew West Central, beating the PNP’s Paul Buchanan 7,054 to 4,953 in preliminary results. The JLP ended election night with 34 seats to the PNP’s 29, setting up a third straight term in government. In St Andrew North Central, Delano Seiveright won big, replacing veteran MP Karl Samuda.
